How do I add my own accountings to human resources budgets?


To add your own accountings to the human resources budgets please proceed as follows:

  • Open the „Budget“ section
  • Choose the „Create your own accountings to calculate human resource costs“ option in the „Human resources“ field
  • Click the „New accounting“ button
  • Give the accounting a title and an amount
  • Click the „Save“ button

If you want to change your cost tracking from accountings to the time tracking during the project, this is no problem. You can switch between the option any time without loosing any data. If you do so please remember that the accountings and the time tracks are not summed! 




  • Team members can add and manage accountings
  • Project managers can manage all accountings
