What are tasks?

 

Tasks are to-do's that have to be completed during the project. Each task can be assigned to a single team member or to a whole company.

Tasks are organised in task lists. By adding tags you can additionally manage them. For example: Add the tag "Administration" to all tasks regarding this activity in the project. When you click "Administration" in the tag cloud on the left side you will only see the tasks with this tag.

The planned time effort can be set for each task. If this is done the time report in the Overview section can be calculated. If the time tracking has been activated in the tasks list you can track your efforts for its tasks.
