How do I use the time tracking to control my human resources budgets?
To use the ZCOPE time tracking to control the human resources budgets please proceed as follows:
- Open the „Budget“ section
- Choose the „Calculate human resource costs from time tracking“ option in the „Human resources“ field
As soon as the option is clicked the tracked times are shown.
If you want to change your cost tracking from the time tracking to accountings during the project, this is no problem. You can switch between the options any time without loosing any data. If you do so please remember that the accountings and the time tracks are not summed!
