How do I upload a user image?

 

To add a photo to a person please proceed as follows:

  1. Open the „Project-Dashboard“
  2. Click the „Companies and people“ link
  3. Choose a person and click the „Edit“ link next to the name
  4. Click the „Browse“ button
  5. Choose a picture from your hard drive
  6. Click the „Save“ Button

ZCOPE supports the following formats for user photos: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF

It's best to use a small file size (under 1 MB). The foto will be cut to a square format after it has been uploaded.

 

Rights

  • Project managers can add photos to people
  • Every user can manage his own photo
