How can I manage documents in ZCOPE?

 

ZCOPE offers an extensive document management system. You can add documents in any file format, archive and share them with other team members.

Documents can be saved in versions. This means that you can add a new version of an existing document without loosing older versions.

You can define who can edit a document. By using the „internal“ function you can also hide files from unauthorised team members.

Documents can be linked to task lists, tasks and milestones. By adding tags you can categorise them.
