How can I change the account owner?

 

The account owner has all administrative rights in ZCOPE. 

To change the account settings please proceed as follows:

  1. Open the „Project-Dashboard“
  2. Click the „Account settings“ link
  3. Choose the desired person
  4. Click the „Save“ button

Please note that you cannot make any changes to the account settings after you have set a new account owner 

Rights

  • Account owner can set a new account owner
  • Only people from the current account owners company can be chosen
