Free accounts
Please use the forums to discuss problems with other users. Our support team partially takes part in the discussions.

Basic & Extended plan
These plans offer email support. The contact information can be found in the ZCOPE Project-Dashboard. We will do our best to answer questions as soon as possible. Our normal lead time is 24 hours.

Enterprise plan
This plan offers telephone support. The respecting contact information can be found in the ZCOPE Project-Dashboard. You can reach the support team Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (CET).
