<p>A gag in the video but it has a serious background: the stress level we experience each day would have caused an immediate burnout several decades ago. That is why one should take it easy whenever it&#8217;s possible.</p>
<p>My last small step in this direction was to ignore some of the headers in my feed reader. With over 200 feeds it&#8217;s a lot of data I save myself. The most important things I notice anyway.</p>

<p>Was im Film als Gag daherkommt, hat aber durchaus einen ernsten Hintergrund: der tägliche Stresslevel, dem wir heute ausgesetzt sind, hätte einen Menschen vor ein paar Jahrzehnten wohl nach kürzester Zeit in ein Burnout getrieben. Drum, wann immer es geht, lieber mal einen Gang zurückschalten.</p>
<p>Mein letzter kleiner Schritt in diese Richtung war es, nicht mehr jede Überschrift der Artikel in meinem Feed Reader zu lesen. Bei über 200 Feeds eine Menge Daten, die ich mir nun tw. spare. Das Wichtigste kriege ich auch so mit.</p>
